Warwick

Warwick is a county town located in Warwickshire, England. Warwick is situated on River Avon, west of Leamington Spa and Whitnash and 11 miles south of Coventry. According to United Kingdom 2011 census, Warwick had a population of 31,345.

Humans settled at this place during the Neolithic period, and since the 6th century, there is continuous habitation in this area. In 1088, earldom of Warwick was established and earls managed this town in the medieval period and built walls of the city, of which Westgate and East gate survive. Later Castle developed into Stone Fortress and then the country house, now it is a popular tourist attraction of Warwick.
