ITIL® Practitioner

The ITIL® Practitioner exam certifies that you are able to adopt and adapt ITIL® guidance and apply it in a real-world context. It is important to note that ITIL® Practitioner is not a prerequisite for ITIL® Intermediate level qualifications. The ITIL® Practitioner Certification will provide you with 3 credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification. Furthermore, ITIL® will also provide you with 15 points towards your ITIL® digital badge. This makes this qualification a worthwhile investment.

  • Open book exam (Official ITIL® Practitioner Guidance) 

*After completing 1 day of classroom training and successfully passing your Foundation Exam, the second day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your Practitioner exam online.

About Leeds

Leeds is a town located in West Yorkshire, England. Leeds is fourth- a most populous urban area in the UK with an estimated population of 2.3 million. Leeds economy is the most diverse economy of UK’s main employment centres. The highest rate of private sector job growth has been seen in this city. The peak ratio of public to private sector jobs is observed when related to other core cities of the UK. Leeds is the major legal and financial centre in the UK after London.

Climate

Leeds has an oceanic climate influenced by the Pennines and the Atlantic. Winters are chilly, cloudy with occasional snow while summers are mild, with moderate rainfall. January is the coldest month with a mean temperature of 3 °C. July is the hottest month with a mean temperature of 16 °C. Temperature below −10 °C and above 30 °C are not common but may occur sometimes.

Leeds has third largest jobs with 480,000 in self-employment at the beginning of 2015. 23.9% were in finance, banking and insurance, 24.7% were in public administration, education and health and 21.4% were is hotels, restaurants and distribution. Leeds differs most from financial structure of region and nation due to the banking, finance and insurance sectors. In 2011, Leeds worth was Euro 2.1 billion due to financial and services industry. It is the 5th largest in the UK behind Edinburgh, London, Manchester and Birmingham. Economic growth of Leeds raised due to tertiary industries like retail, call centres, offices and media. Subsidiary office of the Bank of England in the UK is located in Leeds. In 2012 GVA for Leeds was recorded at Euro 18.8 billion with entire city region of Leeds generating Euro 56 billion economy.

What is ITIL®?

Does the course include exams?

All our classroom ITIL® courses include exams as part of the course.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also accept payment by cheque or wire transfer.

What time shall I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at the venue for 08:45am.

What are the hours of the course?

Training hours are approximately 9am – 5pm.

What is the latest date that I can sign up for the class?

You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
