This ITIL® Foundation and Practitioner course combines our ITIL® Foundation and Practitioner courses into a five day training session. During the first 3 days, key concepts and terminology of ITIL® and how ITIL® can improve service management will be covered. The final 2 days, you will learn how to apply the continual service improvement approach, adopt, and adapt ITIL® to meet business needs.

Climate
Leeds has an oceanic climate influenced by the Pennines and the Atlantic. Winters are chilly, cloudy with occasional snow while summers are mild, with moderate rainfall. What is the latest date that I can sign up for the class?
You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
