You must complete ITIL® Foundation.
The ITIL® Planning, Protection and Optimisation exam validate knowledge of the application of industry practices in service management. The exam is multiple choice, has 8 questions and lasts 90 minutes. It is closed book and the pass mark is 28/40, or 70%.
*After completing 4 days of classroom training and successfully passing your Foundation Exam, the fifth day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your Practitioner exam online.

Hub of the regional agricultural industry is The Great Yorkshire Showground which is hosted by Yorkshire Agricultural Society. You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
