02 Course Overview

ITIL® MALC

The ITIL® MALC exam certifies that candidates have the skills to support service delivery by bridging the lifecycle stages. It is multiple choice and consists of 10 questions which are based on a case study. The duration is 120 minutes, and the pass mark is 35/50 or 70%. It is closed book. After passing the exam you will receive the ITIL® Expert qualification.

*After completing 4 days of classroom training and successfully gaining 17 ITIL® credits, the fifth day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your MALC exam online.

About Doncaster

Doncaster is known for its market located in South Yorkshire, England. Collectively with its surrounding suburbs and settlements, the town forms a part of the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster. The town has a total population of 109,805.

Historically being part of the Yorkshire’s West Riding, Doncaster is 20 miles (nearly 30 km) away from the Sheffield. It is served mutually by an international airport, Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield in Finningley. The Doncaster Urban Area had a total population of 158,141 in 2011. 

 

Roman

Inhabited by former residents, Doncaster developed up at the site of a Roman fort built in the 1st century at the River Don crossing point. 

An alternative direct land route between Lincoln and York was provided by Doncaster. Ermine was the main route between York and Lincoln. It required parties to break down into smaller parts to cross the Humber in boats. 

 

Geography

Doncaster is a huge settlement and borough in South Yorkshire. The borough expanded dramatically in a population with the development of coal mining. 

The minister controls the Doncaster skyline in the middle of the town. The Frenchgate Shopping Centre has a significant position in the skyline.

What is ITIL®?

ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a widely accepted approach to IT service management which helps businesses ensure their IT services are aligned with their needs and support their core processes. Does the course include exams?

All our classroom ITIL courses include exams as part of the course.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also accept payment by cheque or wire transfer.

What time shall I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at the venue for 08:45am.

What are the hours of the course?

Training hours are approximately 9am – 5pm.

What is the latest date that I can sign up for the class?

You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
