The course is intended for anybody who has completed ITIL® Foundation. Particularly to those who are involved in strategic activities in the Service Lifecycle; this includes CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, consultants, and supervisory staff.
The ITIL® Service Strategy exam certifies knowledge of the Service Strategy stage of the lifecycle, including principles, processes, organisation, and governance. It is taken on the final day of training.
*After completing 2 days of classroom training and successfully passing your Foundation Exam, the third day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your exam online.

Located around 36 miles south-west of London. Fleet is a city and in the Hart district of Hampshire, England. Fleet had a population of 38,726 as per 2011.
The Halifax Quality of Life Study crowned Hart continuously for five years from 2011 to 2015 as the best place to stay in the United Kingdom. It is because of the incredibly productive mainstream of the population, better climate and health circumstances, high levels of admission to free space and the town's state surrounded by scenery. It eclipsed areas such as Elmbridge in Surrey and Wokingham in Berkshire.

Its main Road, Fleet Road, goes from south-west to northeast of the Town Center. The railway station for Fleet is located on the Waterloo to Southampton main line. South West Trains run the train service. There are small airfields close to Blackbushe Airport and Farnborough Airfield. The Basingstoke Canal, constructed at the end of the eighteenth period, linked Fleet to Basingstoke. In the other way, London via the Wey navigation.
