ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition Module lets those with credits from studying Intermediate modules in the ITIL® v3 scheme use this knowledge to quickly get up to speed with ITIL® 4 and gain ITIL® 4 Managing Professional certification.
This means there is no need to study each of the four component modules of ITIL® 4, as the course covers each of them in only 3 days. It ends with the ITIL® Managing Professional exam, which confirms knowledge of how to manage successful IT services, teams and workflows.
We offer full support throughout your learning and exam process to ensure you can progress with confidence. The exam can be taken online, subject to availability and readiness, at a time that suits your schedule.
You must have ITIL® V3 Expert or have earned at least 17 credits through the ITIL® v3 scheme to attend.
