About Course Information

The ITIL (Version 5) Foundation Bridge Course develops skills to transition from earlier ITIL practices to updated service management approaches used in modern IT environments. It covers revised service management concepts, practice alignment, and continual improvement approaches introduced in ITIL® (Version 5).
