The ITIL® Planning, Protection and Optimisation exam validate knowledge of the application of industry practices in service management. The exam is multiple choice, has 8 questions and lasts 90 minutes. It is closed book and the pass mark is 28/40, or 70%.

About Inverness

Inverness is a town in the Scottish Highlands. It is the managerial location for the Highland Council area. It is the capital of Highlands. Training hours are approximately 9am – 5pm.

What is the latest date that I can sign up for the class?

You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
