The ITIL® Continual Service Improvement exam validates knowledge of the Continual Service Improvement stage of the lifecycle, including core activities and techniques.

This region is separated from Greater London by the parish of Watford. The Watford region Council has elected Mayor of Watford. Dorothy Thornhill has been elected as the mayor since May 2002. Watford also elected Member of Parliament (MP). This region was part of the three-seat constituency of Hertfordshire in 1885.

You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
