It will be particularly useful to those requiring a management-level understanding of the main activities and techniques within ITIL® Continual Service Improvement, including CIOs, CTOs, IT managers, IT architects and IT consultants.
The ITIL® Continual Service Improvement exam validates knowledge of the Continual Service Improvement stage of the lifecycle, including core activities and techniques.
*After completing 2 days of classroom training and successfully passing your Foundation Exam, the third day of this course is a flexible exam preparation day to complete at your convenience in order to prepare you to take and pass your exam online.

Middlesbrough is the biggest industrial city on the bank of the river in North Yorkshire, north-east England. This local council is the Borough Council. You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
