ITIL® MALC

The ITIL® MALC exam certifies that candidates have the skills to support service delivery by bridging the lifecycle stages. It is multiple choice and consists of 10 questions which are based on a case study. The duration is 120 minutes, and the pass mark is 35/50 or 70%. It is closed book. After passing the exam you will receive the ITIL® Expert qualification.

About Newcastle

Newcastle is also known as Newcastle upon Tyne. Newcastle is a city located in Tyne and Wear, England.  This town is the most populous city in the North East and forms the centre of the Tyneside city, the eighth most populous urban region in the United Kingdom. 

The city established the Roman settlement Pons Aelius. It was titled after the castle constructed in 1080 by Robert Curthose, William the Conqueror's eldest son.  The port advanced in the 16th century and, along with the dockyards lower down the River Tyne, was amongst the world's largest shipbuilding and ship-repairing centres. Among its icons are Newcastle United football club and the Tyne Bridge. Since 1981 the city has held the Great North Run, a half-marathon which pleas over 57,000 runners each year.

 

Geography

Newcastle is situated in the North East of England, in the metropolitan county of Tyne and Wear and the historical and traditional county of Northumberland. The ground beneath the city is shaped from Carboniferous strata of the Middle Pennine Coal Measures Group. It is a group of sandstones, mudstones and coal seams which usually dip temperately eastwards. To the west of the city are the Upper Pennine Coal Measures and more west again the sandstones and mudstones of the Stainmore Formation, the local corresponding of the Millstone Grit.

ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a widely accepted approach to IT service management which helps businesses ensure their IT services are aligned with their needs and support their core processes. It provides numerous benefits such as controlled infrastructure services, improved decision making, financial management, clear organisational structure, high availability and better customer satisfaction.

Does the course include exams?

All our classroom ITIL courses include exams as part of the course.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We also accept payment by cheque or wire transfer.

What time shall I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at the venue for 08:45am.

What are the hours of the course?

Training hours are approximately 9am – 5pm.

What is the latest date that I can sign up for the class?

You can sign up for the course up until the day before class begins. However, we have limited seating capacity and many of our courses fill up well in advance. We therefore advise students to register at least a few weeks before the course begins.
